Through a single communication format called PUF (Pagero Universal Format) and with a single connection it is possible to reach a global network for document transmission formed by:
- government platforms (SdI, KSeF, ZATCA,…);
- open networks (PEPPOL);
- specialized networks (Tungsten, Basware, SAP Ariba,…).
Sent and received notifications are intercepted by the system and stored in ARXivar Next or other systems. The procedure is completed with the service of digital storage.
B2B Onboarding Portal
A simple way to connect all suppliers, regardless of their digital capabilities, through a portal, without the need for integration with third-party systems.
In addition to the portal, the solution includes an onboarding campaign designed by a dedicated team with multilingual support, to bring the largest number of suppliers into the platform and get the maximum advantage in receiving digital documents.

Automated data capture
MCG and Pagero have a solution for all foreign invoices that are received via email.
We extract the data needed for accountability data entry with a managed service, which is able to read data from emailed PDF documents even at single invoice line level.
The procedure combines extraction algorithms with two steps of data validation managed by specialized personnel.
The result is structured data that can be used by accounting programs such as ECON for the automatic insertion of the invoice in the accounting system.
